    Mytravelbenefits provides a subscription service that allows our members to access reservation services at discounted rates in hotels, resorts, cruises, car rentals, air transport, vacation homes and discounts on purchase of variety of products (Mytravelbenefits content) through the Mytravelbenefits website – www.Mytravelbenefits.club

    The MYTRAVELBENEFITS service is provided to you by Inspiramexico Inc, and Arizona C Corp. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, " MYTRAVELBENEFITS service", "our service" or "the service" means the service provided by Inspiramexico Inc for viewing and purchasing MYTRAVELBENEFITS content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.

    1. Membership

    Your MYTRAVELBENEFITS membership is an annual membership which is active as long as all payment obligations are fulfilled or until terminated. To use the MYTRAVELBENEFITS service, you must have Internet access and an internet ready device, and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which you may update from time to time ("Payment Method"). You can find specific details regarding your MYTRAVELBENEFITS membership by visiting our website and clicking on the "My Account" link available at the top of the pages of the MYTRAVELBENEFITS website.

    2. Billing

    2.1. Billing Cycle. Your membership may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts up to one month, or as otherwise specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new members to try the service.

    2.2. Free trial eligibility is determined by MYTRAVELBENEFITS at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent MYTRAVELBENEFITS membership are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent MYTRAVELBENEFITS membership to determine eligibility.

    2.3. Payment Methods. You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. When you update your Payment Method, you authorize us to continue charging the updated Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to your payment dates. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

    2.4 You accept and understand that you are the only person responsible for the Data (as such term will be defined later on), by “Data” we are referring to any type of information (personal or not) that You enter into the Site, as well as any type of data that results from the use that You make of the Site. Additionally, you understand and accept that by using the Site you are the only person responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Data, as well as the confidentiality of any number or identification code (as a whole, referred to as “User ID´s”), confirmation numbers and/or passwords. Likewise, you commit to not distribute or reveal such information to a third party, therefore You are responsible for notifying Mytravelbenefits the need to change or cancel any of the User ID´s, confirmation numbers, codes and/or passwords in case these have been or you believe they may have been an object of violation of confidentiality. You guarantee that you are legal age, with full legal capacity to make use of the Site, as well as capable to assume the responsibilities in which you may incur as a result from such use. You understand and agree that you are financially responsible, in such case, for all the activity and/or use that takes place on this Site, either from your part or from those that may use your User ID, confirmation number, code and/or passwords to access the Site. Likewise, You guarantee that all the Data provided by You or by those who may use your User ID is real, exact, updated and complete. In the event that you provide false, inexact, out of date or incomplete information and/or Data, the Intermediary reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate in advance the activity and the access to the Site, as well as deny any type of access to it in the present or future.

    2.5 All travel components showed through the Site must be paid by using a credit card, other forms of payment are not accepted. All prices, redemption costs and / or additional charges are established in the currencies applied throughout the site, which you as an end consumer will need to select.

    3. Cancellation.

    You can cancel your MYTRAVELBENEFITS membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the MYTRAVELBENEFITS service through the end of your initial membership period or through the end of your current billing period in case you renewed your membership To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-year membership period. To cancel, please email MYTRAVELBENEFITS at [email protected] If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. All reservations made on the MYTRAVELBENEFITS website shall be respected regardless of account closure.

    4. Changes to the Price and Service Plans.

    We may change our annual membership fee from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will apply to you no earlier than the following billing cycle

    5. MYTRAVELBENEFITS Service

    5.1. You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to become a member of the MYTRAVELBENEFITS service.

    5.2. The MYTRAVELBENEFITS service and any reservation made through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. During your MYTRAVELBENEFITS membership we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the MYTRAVELBENEFITS service and view MYTRAVELBENEFITS content. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for commercial purposes or resale. In case of breach of the aforementioned, Mytravelbenefits has the right to cancel the Membership and all the pending reservations made through it.

    5.3 Reservations made through the MYTRAVELBENEFITS service are subject to Terms specified in the reservation confirmation. Terms of the reservations can be reviewed on the reservation confirmation or on the MYTRAVELBENEFITS member website.

    5.4 Cancelations or changes to the reservations made on the MYTRAVELBENEFITS website are subject to terms of the reservation. Additional fees may apply to any changes or cancelations.

    5.5. MYTRAVELBENEFITS regularly makes changes to the service, including the list of services, suppliers of services, and terms of service.
